We are seeking an experienced and proactive Private Client Paralegal to join a respected and friendly law firm in County Durham on a maternity cover basis, starting December 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a well established private client department, handling a varied caseload with a high level of autonomy and client contact.
Fixed-term maternity cover
Flexible working options - full or part-time considered
Supportive team environment
Hands on work with wills, probate, LPAs, estate administration, and trusts
Previous experience in Private Client work is essential
Strong client care and communication skills
Able to manage a caseload independently
Organised, reliable, and confident in dealing with sensitive matters
Available to start in December 2025
