I am currently working with a top-tier regional Legal 500 firm based in Reading that's seeking an exceptional Private Client Professional Support Lawyer.
This is a unique opportunity to join an award-winning and highly respected Wills, Probate, Tax & Trusts team. The department has an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality advice on complex estate planning, probate, and trust matters for a wide range of clients, including HNW individuals and families.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the team with legal research, training, and knowledge development. You'll help maintain technical excellence across the department, contributing to know-how, compliance, and innovation in legal practice. If you're looking to step away from fee earning while still engaging with intellectually stimulating private client work, this could be an ideal move.
In return, the firm offers a very competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including enhanced holiday entitlement, a contributory pension scheme, comprehensive family-friendly policies, and private medical insurance. You'll also be part of a collegiate and forward-thinking culture that values development and work-life balance.
