Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a well-established and successful law firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their respected Private Client Department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to take on a varied caseload and work within a team dedicated to delivering outstanding client service.
Managing a broad caseload including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and Trusts
Advising clients on Inheritance Tax and tax planning matters (experience desirable)
Handling the full estate administration process, including probate applications, settling tax liabilities, and setting up trusts
Drafting legal documents and managing correspondence
Ensuring accurate time costing and adherence to firm procedures
Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the wider Private Client team
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years PQE in Private Client work
Experience managing your own caseload across Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration
Professional, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Highly organised and able to work independently using sound judgment
Strong IT skills and familiarity with document management systems
STEP qualification desirable but not essential
