Sellick Partnership is working on behalf of a forward-thinking and respected legal practice seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their established team. This role focuses on contentious probate and offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to handle a range of complex private client matters.

You will take responsibility for a caseload involving inheritance disputes, challenges to wills, and contested estate matters, while also supporting the broader private client offering across wills, LPAs, and estate planning. This is a key position within a supportive team where you will be given the autonomy to manage your own files, build strong client relationships, and contribute to ongoing team growth.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with proven experience in contentious probate. You'll be confident in your legal knowledge, able to work independently, and committed to delivering practical, high-quality advice. Additional experience in tax or trust work would be beneficial, though not essential.

This is a fantastic chance to join a growing team that prioritises professional development, encourages a balanced and flexible working environment, and rewards performance through a generous and uncapped bonus structure.
