An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and respected team based in Exeter. This permanent role offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with flexible working arrangements including one day working from home.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload across private client matters such as wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and estate administration

  • Advising clients with professionalism, empathy, and strong commercial awareness

  • Supporting clients with tax planning and complex estate matters

  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver seamless, high-quality client service

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A qualified solicitor, paralegal, or graduate with an interest or experience in private client law

  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Committed to delivering outstanding client care with a proactive, professional approach

  • Flexible regarding working arrangements, with one day remote working and the remainder based in the Exeter office
