An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Wealth Solicitor to join a highly regarded Wills, Tax, Trusts and Probate team in Birmingham. This role offers a supportive and collaborative environment within a top-ranked national firm, with a strong focus on client service, professional development, and business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own caseload of private client work, including complex probate matters and basic trust administration

  • Advising clients on their financial affairs and estate planning needs

  • Assisting with marketing and business development activities to grow the practice

  • Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and other stakeholders

  • Ensuring all deadlines, compliance, and quality standards are met

  • Supporting and collaborating with other team members and Partners

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE

  • Experienced or keen to develop expertise in private client law, especially complex probate and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals

  • Interested in pursuing professional qualifications such as STEP

  • Organised, with excellent communication, IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a supportive team environment

  • Motivated and flexible, with an interest in business development

In return, you'll receive:
