This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Project Support Administrator who is willing to support our client's purposeful movement that brings about positive sustainable change in people's lives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and control project documentation (version tracking, filing, accessibility)
  • Arrange and support project meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow-up).
  • Provide general project administration (emails, diary management, data entry).
  • Assist with project reporting (collecting updates, producing progress reports).
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders and partners (sharing updates, chasing actions).

Key skills:

  • Organisation & attention to detail - keeping documentation and tasks accurate.
  • Time management & multitasking - handling competing project priorities.
  • IT proficiency - confident in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills - clear written and verbal interaction with stakeholders
  • Teamwork & adaptability - supporting project managers and fitting into changing project needs.
