A highly regarded Legal 500 full-service firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to join its growing Dispute Resolution team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a diverse and stimulating caseload within a collaborative and supportive environment led by a nationally recognised Partner.
You'll work on a wide variety of property and private litigation matters, managing your own files with autonomy while having access to expert guidance and professional development opportunities. The role offers real scope for progression within a team known for its technical strength and pragmatic approach.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters
Advise and represent clients across a range of disputes, including:
Overage and easement disputes
Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and relief from forfeiture
Possession claims (residential and commercial)
Service charge disputes and leasehold enfranchisement
Co-ownership and boundary issues
Collaborate with colleagues across the wider disputes team, including contentious probate and private litigation
Provide strategic, solution-focused legal advice and maintain high levels of client care
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal with prior property litigation experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
Confident managing multiple deadlines and working under pressure
Commercially aware with excellent communication and client management abilities
