National Legal 500 Firm - Leading Real Estate Practice

My regionally recognised client is looking to expand their real estate team.

They are a nationally recognised, multi-service law firm ranked in the Legal 500 known for their expertise across a wide range of practice areas. Due to sustained growth, the award-winning Real Estate team are looking for commercially-minded Associate (4+ years PQE) to join them in either their Bristol or Bath office.

You will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team with a strong national and regional client base across a broad spectrum of real estate sectors, including investment, development, retail, healthcare, and housing. This is an ideal role for a confident and ambitious real estate solicitor looking to step into a role offering both autonomy and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters

• Advising a diverse portfolio of clients including developers, investors, public sector bodies, and commercial occupiers

• Supporting senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions and providing supervision to junior team members as appropriate

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and commercial insight

• Contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice

What could make you stand out?

• 4+ years' post-qualification experience in real estate matters

• Solid technical knowledge and a commercial approach to client service

• Proven track record with billing and business development
