We're working with a highly respected UK law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to join their expanding London team. This is a great opportunity to work with leading clients on high-quality commercial property matters while developing your skills and progressing your career.
You'll handle a broad caseload including:
Commercial property acquisitions and disposals (including sale and leaseback deals)
Landlord and tenant work - acting for both sides
Development site purchases, agreements, and disposals
Reviewing titles, drafting reports, and negotiating heads of terms
Supporting clients across retail, development, and investment sectors
Working closely with other teams on wider property-related matters
UK-qualified solicitor, ideally with 2-4 years' PQE in commercial real estate
Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law and transactional property work
Confident managing files independently and supporting junior team members
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
