An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Partner (10+ years' PQE) to join a highly regarded and growing commercial property team in the South East.

The team advises a broad client base, including developers, investors, lenders, and high net worth individuals, across all areas of commercial real estate, such as:

  • Acquisitions and disposals (conditional and unconditional)

  • Portfolio management

  • Secured lending for lenders and borrowers

  • Landlord and tenant work (leases, agreements for lease, surrenders, etc.)

  • Real estate support on corporate transactions

You'll work in a collaborative environment with strong growth ambitions, leading on high-value transactions and playing a key role in client development.

About you:

  • 10+ years' PQE in commercial real estate law

  • Strong expertise in landlord and tenant, secured lending, and investment matters

  • Commercially minded with excellent client-handling skills

  • Proactive and confident in business development

Benefits:
