Are you a talented Real Estate Solicitor looking to elevate your career with a leading international law firm? This Top 100 practice, renowned for its market-leading Real Estate team, is seeking an ambitious Solicitor to join their thriving office in Southampton.
You'll work with a diverse client base, including major developers, investors, retailers, financial institutions, and household-name corporates, handling high-value, complex, and strategic real estate matters. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a broad portfolio of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and portfolio management.
Advising on landlord and tenant matters, real estate finance, and corporate support transactions.
Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional commercial legal advice.
Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the real estate team.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 5 years PQE) with experience in commercial real estate.
Strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
A proactive, collaborative team player with the ambition to develop and progress.
