Residential Conveyancing Locum

A well-established law firm in Ottery is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest or experience in residential property matters and be comfortable working with a varied caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers

• Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent client care

• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction progression

• Working closely with colleagues to deliver efficient and effective service

• Adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor, paralegal, or graduate with an interest or experience in residential conveyancing

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team

• Willingness to work flexibly with one day remote working and the rest in the Ottery office
