A well-established law firm in Ottery is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest or experience in residential property matters and be comfortable working with a varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers
Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent client care
Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction progression
Working closely with colleagues to deliver efficient and effective service
Adhering to all regulatory and legal requirements
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor, paralegal, or graduate with an interest or experience in residential conveyancing
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
Willingness to work flexibly with one day remote working and the rest in the Ottery office
