An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established team based in Ottery. This role offers a supportive and collaborative environment with flexible working arrangements, including one day working from home and the remainder based in the office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers

  • Advising clients with professionalism, clear communication, and commercial awareness

  • Ensuring timely and efficient progress of cases, liaising with clients, lenders, and other professionals

  • Working closely with colleagues to provide seamless and high-quality client service

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A qualified solicitor, paralegal, or graduate with a keen interest or experience in residential conveyancing

  • Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Committed to delivering excellent client care with a professional approach

  • Comfortable with flexible working arrangements, including one day remote working and the rest in the Ottery office
