We are working with an established and highly regarded firm seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their thriving team in High Wycombe.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated lawyer to manage a varied caseload, work with a wide range of clients, and play an important role in the continued success and growth of a respected residential property team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a broad caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages

  • Acting for a range of clients from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and property investors

  • Providing clear, pragmatic advice and ensuring smooth progression of matters from instruction to completion

  • Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to deliver excellent service

  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business and build lasting client relationships

  • Supporting the wider team across our Amersham, High Wycombe, and Marlow offices

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property

  • Confident in independently handling a full residential caseload with minimal supervision

  • Strong technical skills with a client-focused, solutions-driven approach

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues

  • Proactive and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in business development
