We are working with an established and highly regarded firm seeking a skilled Residential Property Lawyer to join their thriving team in High Wycombe.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated lawyer to manage a varied caseload, work with a wide range of clients, and play an important role in the continued success and growth of a respected residential property team.
Managing a broad caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
Acting for a range of clients from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and property investors
Providing clear, pragmatic advice and ensuring smooth progression of matters from instruction to completion
Liaising with clients, agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to deliver excellent service
Identifying opportunities to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
Supporting the wider team across our Amersham, High Wycombe, and Marlow offices
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property
Confident in independently handling a full residential caseload with minimal supervision
Strong technical skills with a client-focused, solutions-driven approach
Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, referrers, and colleagues
Proactive and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in business development
