A well-established law firm in Marlow is looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career in residential property law in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting with residential property transactions from start to finish
Conducting title investigations and preparing documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
Carrying out AML and ID checks, ordering searches, and managing case progression
Supporting solicitors to ensure files are completed accurately and on time
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in residential property work or legal support
Confident with AML, ID verification, and conveyancing procedures
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a varied workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new legal software
A strong team player with excellent communication skills
