Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with residential property transactions from start to finish

• Conducting title investigations and preparing documentation

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties

• Carrying out AML and ID checks, ordering searches, and managing case progression

• Supporting solicitors to ensure files are completed accurately and on time
