Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Manchester, seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level solicitor to manage a complex caseload, lead on high-value transactions, and play a key role in the development of the team and wider department. The firm has an excellent client base across a range of sectors and offers genuine progression opportunities in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

    • Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises

    • Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations

    • Property development, investment, and asset management

    • Real estate finance and refinancing

  • Managing complex transactions with minimal supervision

  • Providing strategic advice to a varied client base, including developers, investors, and occupiers

  • Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and supporting team growth

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  • Contributing to the department's business development and networking activities

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property law

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience managing complex transactions

  • Excellent communication skills and a commercial, client-focused mindset

  • Confident supervising junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture

  • Business development experience and an interest in helping grow the department

  • Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services
