Senior Construction Project Manager

Bristol, South West

£400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Interim Contract, minimum 5 months

Full time, 37 hours per week

Hybrid working with regular attendance on site required

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of two major infrastructure projects from concept to completion on behalf of our Bristol based client

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Construction Project Manager:

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, specifications, and stakeholder requirements
  • Lead planning, procurement, and delivery phases, ensuring alignment with programmes and budgets
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, including public engagement
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for governance and decision-making
  • Manage contracts, commercial relationships, and statutory interfaces including planning processes
  • Ensure high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout delivery
  • Use internal systems for reporting, documentation, and project administration

Essential requirements of the Senior Construction Project Manager:

  • Experience managing complex construction projects
  • Proficiency in budget control, contract management, and regulatory compliance
  • Experienced in leading construction projects from concept through to completion
  • Previously worked within social housing
