Senior Conveyancing Executive

A respected law firm is seeking a Senior Conveyancing Executive to join its Residential Property team in Leatherhead.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and well-established team.
The Role
Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation
Liaising with clients, agents and lenders
Providing clear and practical advice throughout the transaction
About You
Experienced in residential conveyancing
Conveyancing Executive, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent
Confident managing files independently
Client-focused, organised and proactive
