A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Chester is seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Solicitor to join its specialist Private Client team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a high-net-worth client base, including business owners, agricultural clients, and landed estates, providing sophisticated and tailored legal advice.
The team focuses on complex trusts, wills, and estate planning, advising clients on bespoke solutions that meet their personal and commercial objectives. You will manage a diverse and high-value caseload, delivering high-quality, commercially minded advice.
Responsibilities:
Advising on complex trusts, wills, and estate planning
Managing high-net-worth client relationships
Handling estate administration, succession planning, and related legal matters
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation tailored to client needs
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years PQE in Trusts & Estates (flexible beyond this for strong candidates)
Experience with high-net-worth or complex private client caseloads
Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and client management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
