Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy stems naturally from our core values – and we are passionate about how our business can make a real, positive difference to the environment around us. Since our formation in 2002 we have worked with local and national charities, raising funds and supporting causes very close to our heart. As a business we are fully aware of the benefits that come with a well planned and executed CSR strategy, but we also want to show that we genuinely care about helping people – and we want our CSR strategy to demonstrate this. We help people find their dream career every day, but also recognise that it is equally as important to help others and support the communities where we work. We enjoy helping others and feel a great sense of pride when our people come together and help us celebrate and support worthwhile causes throughout the UK.
Our CSR strategy
Our CSR strategy is set out to ensure that we have guidelines in place for our internal and external activities, and incorporates our charity work, our dedication to personal development within the company and our promise to minimise our impact on the environment. Our CSR Committee – made up of 11 Sellick Partnership employees from all across the UK – governs our CSR activities and works closely with our Board of Directors to ensure our CSR activities are representative of us as a business and make a real difference across the UK.
From our various sporting events and fundraising activities, to our commitment to spending time supporting the causes closest to us, we ensure that each employee at Sellick Partnership has the opportunity to give back in some way.

Our commitment to diversity and inclusion
We are also committed to being the most inclusive employer and recruitment partner we can be and have appointed a team of Diversity Champions for this. As a business we know first-hand the benefits of having a diverse workforce and try to ensure we are championing equality and diversity practices at every step.
Our Diversity Champions work closely with our Board of Directors and the senior management team to ensure we are delivering a diversity strategy that includes, but is not limited to age, gender, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation. Our diversity initiatives and strategies are designed to attract, develop, and advance the most talented individuals both internally and across our specialist areas. We provide our people with the training and tools they need to help increase their awareness and understanding of differences and why they matter, so their actions can contribute to our inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.
In today’s society, it is important that recruitment processes do not judge on anything but merit alone and nobody should be penalised on any diverse traits such as the colour of their skin, sexual preference or gender. We work closely with our clients and candidates to try and tackle this within the sectors that we work and regularly comment on issues of diversity to try and raise important issues that still need to be addressed.
