Overview of Chelsey

I am a results-driven recruiter with over 12 years’ experience matching legal professionals with their dream role, across the interim, fixed term and permanent markets. I joined Sellick Partnership in 2012 and quickly became an expert in my field, I have been responsible for the training and development of many of my peers that have gone on to become exceptional recruiters, and in 2024, I was promoted to Associate Director.

After several years working alongside a substantial team focussing on the public sector, I saw an opportunity to enter the in-house market and become a prominent recruiter in that space. So, in 2024 I headed up the launch of Sellick Partnership’s In-House Legal specialism with a motivated team alongside me and a goal to further expand the offering from Sellick Partnership.

As a team, we are focusing predominantly on the retail, construction, financial services, energy, and utilities sectors, and will be committed to getting to know our clients and their businesses, as well as maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Personally, I have a keen interest in diversity and inclusion, and am extremely passionate about ensuring that everyone experiences an inclusive recruitment process. I lead the Diversity Champions at Sellick Partnership and have been responsible for delivering training to each member of staff on Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace.

Established in 2002, Sellick Partnership is a market-leading professional services recruitment business with offices nationwide. We specialise in recruiting professionals into a variety of positions on a permanent, interim and fixed-term contract basis across all our chosen specialisms.

Over the years we have worked hard to achieve a number of awards and accreditations that acknowledge our service, internal processes and our commitment to our employees. These include: Investors in People Gold standard, Great Place to Work® accreditation and ISO 9001:2015. We are proud to support the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter and the Race Fairness Commitment which are specifically designed to try and achieve fairness at work for people of all ethnic backgrounds and minorities. We are also an APSCo Member Committed to Diversity and a Disability Confident Committed (Level 1) employer.
