Sellick Partnership is committed to ensuring all candidates receive fair access to job opportunities. Our Diversity Champions undertake a range of improvement initiatives, and these are documented within our Diversity Charter.

Action taken and improvements made to date include:

  • Signed up to Diversity Dashboard in 2021 to increase our reach within underrepresented spaces.

  • Attended & Sponsored HR Breakfast Seminar in partnership with a leading firm of solicitors which focused on Mental Health and Diversity in the Workplace.

  • Undertaken annual graduate skills programmes, delivered in conjunction with local universities, offering guidance on job searches, CV skills, interview techniques. 

  • Sponsored and attended the Inspiring Women Conference 2020. 

  • Flexible working policy in place for over 5 years, and a flexible approach to home working brought in during 2020.
