Commercial Property Locum

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of a busy local authority client for an experienced commercial property locum to join their team on an ongoing basis.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with a broad range of commercial matters such as lease management, sales, acquisitions and commercial developments.
  • Producing sales contracts, transfers, assignments of leases and wayleaves.
  • Supporting development and regeneration activities.
  • Providing general advice.
  • Supporting junior members of the team as required.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a good level of experience and understanding within commercial property work. Previous local authority experience is desirable however those from an inhouse or private practice background who demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

Hybrid or fully remote working is available.

Candidates are to be a practising solicitor, barrister or CILEX qualified.
