We're working with a highly regarded Top 200 firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service and high-quality legal work. Due to continued growth, they are looking to welcome a Commercial Property Paralegal to their established Real Estate team.

You'll assist on a broad range of Commercial Property transactions and gain exposure to complex, high-value matters. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors and partners in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting solicitors with commercial property transactions from instruction to completion

• Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation

• Conducting due diligence including Land Registry searches and title reviews

• Managing client communications and handling administrative elements of transactions

• Helping maintain case files and progressing matters efficiently

What could make you stand out?

• Previous experience in commercial property law (highly desirable)

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude and desire to build a long-term legal career

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
