Commercial Property Paralegal - Redhill or Wimbledon

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm, with the option to be based in either their Redhill or Wimbledon office.
This is a nationally ranked firm known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and strong reputation across commercial practice areas.
The role will involve:
Supporting a busy Commercial Property team on a broad range of matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
Conducting property searches, Land Registry applications, and due diligence
Managing files and assisting with client correspondence
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 12 months of experience in a commercial property or real estate team
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive and detail-oriented approach
