Are you a senior commercial property solicitor ready to take the next step in your career?

I am looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Commercial Property Partner to join a busy and successful commercial property team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation in the property sector, a commitment to client service, and a clear vision for the future.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead on a range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and investment transactions

  • Drive growth within the real estate team through client development, networking, and cross-referrals

  • Manage key client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to a diverse client base including developers, investors, occupiers, and institutions

  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers and contribute to the overall leadership of the department

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to offer seamless, multi-disciplinary advice

  • Work closely with the residential team

What could make you stand out?

  • A qualified solicitor, lawyer or legal executive (8+ PQE) with a strong background in commercial property law

  • Demonstrable client following (desirable) or strong network with the ability to generate work

  • Proven ability to manage and develop lasting client relationships

  • Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused approach

  • A collaborative leadership style and a desire to help shape the future of the team

  • Proven background with mentoring teams
