Commercial Solicitor

A well-established and respected law firm in the South West is seeking a full-time Company Commercial Solicitor with 0-4 years' PQE to join its growing commercial team. This position is based in Poole, with the option for some hybrid working.

This is a varied and hands-on role, working alongside experienced colleagues on a broad mix of company and commercial matters. Work may include:

• Business and share sales and acquisitions

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including terms and conditions, supply, distribution, agency, and franchise contracts

• Shareholder agreements and disputes

• Investment and private equity transactions

• Corporate restructuring and governance

• Employee share schemes and incentives

• Advising startups and SMEs on structure and succession

• Supporting education sector clients with projects such as academy conversions and MATs
