An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly ranked and growing team at a prestigious Top 100 law firm based in Guildford.
The role will sit within a well-established Corporate & Commercial department, working on a broad range of high-quality matters including M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts.
