Are you ready to take the next step in your corporate legal career at one of the UK's leading law firms?

I am currently looking for an experienced corporate solicitor to join a well-known top 50 law firm in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including listed companies, multinational corporations, fast-growth businesses, and private equity investors, on high-value and complex corporate transactions.

Ranked in the Top 50 UK Law Firms, they are known for our collaborative culture, sector expertise, and client-focused approach. Their Corporate team is consistently recognised in the legal directories for delivering strategic, pragmatic, and commercially sound advice across a broad range of corporate matters.

As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering transactional and advisory work, including:

• M&A (domestic and cross-border)
• Private equity transactions
• Joint ventures and reorganisations
• Corporate governance and shareholder matters
• AIM and Main Market listings (experience desirable but not essential)

You will also be mentoring, supporting and developing junior team members, contribute to business development initiatives, and play an integral role in maintaining client relationships.

What could make you stand out?

• Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer or Legal Executive (England & Wales) with 5+ years' PQE in corporate law
• Strong experience in M&A and private equity transactions
• Ability to manage complex matters and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent client-facing skills with a commercial and pragmatic outlook
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
