Are you a Court of Protection Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career with a Tier 1 ranked firm? Our client, a nationally recognised leader in serious injury and Court of Protection work, is seeking a dedicated Associate Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Hampshire.

You'll manage a varied and rewarding caseload involving serious head and brain injury matters, supporting clients and their families in achieving the best possible quality of life. Working closely with expert Deputies, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists, you'll play a key role in providing compassionate, practical, and strategic legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of Court of Protection deputyship cases, often arising from catastrophic injury claims.

  • Advising on all aspects of property and financial affairs management.

  • Liaising with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued success of a top tier practice.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor,Lawyer or Legal Executive with strong Court of Protection experience.

  • Demonstrable background in serious injury, brain injury, or catastrophic injury cases.

  • Excellent communication, client care, and organisational skills.

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, specialist environment.
