An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Court of Protection Executive/Paralegal to join a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm, based in their Redhill office.
This nationally ranked firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and strong reputation across various practice areas, including Court of Protection work.
The role will involve:
Assisting with Court of Protection case management and administration
Preparing and reviewing legal documents and court applications
Liaising with clients, deputies, and third parties
Managing case files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Supporting solicitors on complex and sensitive matters
The ideal candidate will have:
Relevant experience in Court of Protection or related areas
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage sensitive information confidently
