A public sector organisation in Greater Manchester requires a Criminal Litigation Lawyer to join their team on an interim basis for 9 months.

The client is seeking a candidate with previous criminal litigation experience, ideally gained within a public sector organisation, to start with them at short notice.

The successful candidate will have previous legal experience and duties will include:

  • Attending the Magistrates Court to deal with civil orders
  • Disclosure applications
  • Advice on various areas.
  • Legal research

The position is up to 9 months and offers hybrid and agile working conditions, with some attendance at court and in the office, approximately two days a week.
