Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Description: A well-established law firm in London is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team on a locum basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload encompassing a wide range of private and public children law matters
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients
- Draft legal documents, including court applications and agreements
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in family law
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the legal aid scheme and family law practice
- Legal Aid Supervisor status is essential for this role
