Family Solicitor
Location: North Surrey (GU14)
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with upwards of 2 years' PQE to join a friendly and growing firm based in North Surrey.
This role offers the chance to handle a broad range of private family law matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. The firm is well-regarded locally for its approachable team, high standards of client care, and strong reputation in family law.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children cases.
Advising clients with empathy and professionalism, maintaining the firm's commitment to excellent client service.
Drafting legal documents and correspondence, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings where appropriate.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in family law.
Confident handling your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sensitive and practical approach to client issues.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
A genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth and success of a well-respected firm.
