Housing Paralegal - Basingstoke
Top 200 UK Law Firm | Hybrid Working | £28,000 - £35,000
A nationally ranked law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Housing team in Basingstoke.
The role involves supporting on shared ownership and outright sales, post-sale matters, and secured lending transactions for housing providers. You'll work closely with solicitors on document drafting, client communication, and file management.
What you'll need:
Experience in housing, conveyancing or residential property (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Interest in affordable housing and socially focused work
