Housing Project Manager
£350 - £450 per day

Temporary Contract, minimum 6 months
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Housing Project Manager to join one of our Bristol based clients on a full-time temporary basis
Daily duties of the Housing Project Manager:
- Lead and manage a complex, politically sensitive project with high visibility across the city.
- Deliver strategic and operational solutions to address housing-related challenges involving Vehicle Dwellers, Homelessness, and Gypsy/Traveller communities.
- Collaborate closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including local government departments, housing providers, and diverse community groups.
- Directly manage a team of Project Officers
- Manage conflicting stakeholder priorities and tensions with professionalism and diplomacy.
Essential requirements of the Housing Project Manager:
- Experience in managing complex, politically sensitive projects, ideally within sectors such as Housing, Homelessness, Vehicle Dwelling, or Gypsy/Traveller support.
- Previously worked within the public sector
