Interim Legal Counsel
6 Months Fixed Term Contract, 3 days a week
January start
£80k upwards (pro rata)
Based outskirts of London
Legal Counsel is required to join a healthcare manufacturing and distribution business on a Fixed Term basis for 3 days a week to start in January.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and provide legal support across the business and its subsidiaries.
As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for assisting with a range of legal work which will include but not limited to;
  • NDAs
  • Supplier agreements
  • Distribution and Manufacturing Agreements
  • Copyright, Patent and Trademark matters
  • Data Protection matters
There is an opportunity to get involved in some business projects which will include company-wide training, improving processes and improving existing templates and precedents.
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel and is open to considering candidates who are qualified or qualified by experience in-house.
Candidates who have experience with medical device distribution would be highly advantageous however, candidates with experience in manufacturing/ distribution within a regulated environment would also be considered.
This role would start in January, and candidates must be able to attend the office at least once a week, 2 being preferred.
This is a great opportunity for those looking for part time and who are nearing the end of their contract, wanting something lined up for the New Year.
