NQ Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the Lending & Advisory department of a Top 200 national law firm based in Guildford. Offering a salary of £45,000-£48,000, this role provides exposure to high-quality transactional work within a supportive and progressive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with a range of lending matters, including purchases, sales, refinancing, and property finance transactions.

• Draft and review documentation, manage your own caseload under supervision, and maintain excellent client communication.

• Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and contribute to the department's continued growth and success.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with some experience or strong interest in lending, real estate finance, or commercial property work.

• Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills.

• Commercially aware, proactive, and keen to develop your expertise in a client-focused environment.
