Personal Injury Solicitor - Top 100 Law Firm - London

My client, a Top 100 UK law firm, who are highly regarded for their expertise in personal injury, are looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join their expanding team in London.

This award-winning national firm is recognised in both Chambers and Legal 500 for its outstanding work in personal injury and clinical negligence. Known for its client-first ethos, progressive working culture, and commitment to professional development, the firm offers a dynamic environment for ambitious legal professionals looking to grow their careers within a supportive and reputable structure.

You will manage your own caseload of high-value, multi-track personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury, workplace accidents, and public liability claims. The firm also handles complex litigation with a national and occasionally international dimension, offering the opportunity to work on landmark cases alongside recognised leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running a caseload of personal injury claims (predominantly multi-track).

  • Advising clients from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence.

  • Attending court hearings and settlement meetings.

  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm, including clinical negligence and employment teams where relevant.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' PQE (flexible for the right candidate).

  • Proven experience handling personal injury claims, ideally including multi-track or catastrophic cases.

  • Strong technical and procedural knowledge.

  • Excellent client care and communication skills.

  • Ambition and drive to progress within a leading national practice.
