***Planning law specialist needed***
- Short term role to join a fabulous team.
- Great rates of pay offered.
- Full time or part time hours considered.
Our public sector client is in need of a planning law specialist to help them out over a period of 2 months. The team has a backlog of Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) applications which need actioning, along with some basic section 106 cases. This post requires someone who has a good grasp of planning law regulations and requirements. It will be short term until the new permanent member of staff joins the team.
This client is very open to the level of qualification candidates possess, and this role would be suitable for either a qualified lawyer, or a very experienced planning law paralegal or legal officer. You will join a supportive team that has been stable for some years, and there is centralised paralegal support.
