Our client, a Local Authority in Essex is seeking an experienced Principal Litigation Lawyer to join their Legal Services team on a hybrid working basis, with attendance required for court and committee hearings.
The postholder will be the Council's expert for all matters relating to criminal and civil litigation, providing technical and professional advice to officers and members and contributing to the overall direction of the Service.
