Duration: Ongoing. Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 from home.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Job Description: A well-established law firm in Milton Keynes is looking for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join the team on a locum basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
- Assisting with probate and estate administration
- Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate case records and files
- Supporting solicitors with day-to-day case management and administrative tasks
Requirements:
In-depth understanding of laws related to estate planning, tax, inheritance, and trust law.
High level of accuracy in drafting documents and reviewing legal files, ensuring all information is correct and compliant.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and address legal issues and disputes relating to estates, trusts, and wills.
