Private Client Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (2-4 PQE) to join a lovely boutique law firm based in Epsom. Offering a salary of up to £55,000 and hybrid working (1 day from home), this role provides exposure to a broad range of high-quality private client work within a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney.

• Provide clear, empathetic, and professional advice to a diverse client base.

• Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in private client law.

• Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, and estate planning matters.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage matters with minimal supervision.
