Hybrid Working Arrangement

We are helping our London Borough client find a Property Lawyer with at least 2 years of post qualifying experience to join their friendly and supportive team. This rols covers commercial conveyancing and/or residential conveyancing and/or regeneration advice.

What's the role?

We require someone with experience in property law in both residential and commercial conveyancing with knowledge of local government and administrative law. To provide legal advice and assistance efficiently and expeditiously. To provide advice, guidance and direction to more junior staff in the team.

What we're looking for in a Property Lawyer...

You will need to be able to work under pressure and with initiative. You will work positively and imaginatively in conjunction with other staff to promote the Council's policies and deal with issues in a progressive way. You will have the ability to give clear and concise advice on the telephone, in meetings and in correspondence, and be able to draft non-routine correspondence and documentation. You will need to be able to assess priorities and meet conflicting deadlines.

Location

The successful Property Lawyer will be required to attend the office at least twice per week in South London.
