Conveyancing Locum Needed ASAP
A firm based in Leicester is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Locum to assist with their increased workload. This is an immediate start position for a duration of 3-4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Ensuring all files are compliant with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
