An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm, with the option to be based in either their Teddington/Wimbledon or Guildford office.

This nationally ranked firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and strong reputation across residential property and conveyancing.

The role will involve:

• Supporting a busy Residential Conveyancing team on all aspects of property transactions

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork

• Managing client communications and liaising with solicitors, lenders, and third parties

• Conducting property searches and assisting with completion and post-completion matters

• Managing case files efficiently to ensure smooth transaction progress

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing or related property work

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
