Residential Property Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500-ranked firm that is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team in Liverpool.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to post-completion, including Land Registry and SDLT submissions.

• Conduct title checks, draft and negotiate contracts, and deal with enquiries and searches.

• Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.

• Ensure all work is compliant with regulatory and quality standards.

• Deliver practical, commercially focused legal advice with excellent client care.

The successful candidate:

• 3-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.

• A thorough understanding of the end-to-end conveyancing process.

• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

• A proactive, solutions-driven approach to legal work.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
