I'm working with a Top 100 law firm, known for its exceptional client service, collaborative culture, and top tier ranked Employment practice. The firm is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join its highly respected team in Guildford.

This is a great opportunity for a senior employment lawyer looking to take on high-quality work, act for a prestigious client base, and enjoy a strong work-life balance outside of the City.

The firm's top-ranked Employment team handles a wide range of high-quality contentious and non-contentious matters. This includes employee relations advisory work, restructures, tribunal and court disputes, employment documentation, corporate support, and complex TUPE matters related to commercial outsourcing.

As a Senior Employment Solicitor, you will:

• Advise employer clients across a range of sectors on employment law matters, from day-to-day HR advisory work to major strategic disputes.

• Lead on Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation.

• Draft, review and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and executive service agreements.

• Work closely with the Corporate team to provide employment support on M&A and restructuring matters.

• Supervise and mentor junior team members, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the team.

• Participate in business development and maintain strong client relationships.

What could make you stand out?

• Qualified solicitor/lawyer/legal executive with 6+ years' PQE in employment law.

• Solid experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

• Prior experience advising employers is essential; experience advising senior executives is a plus.
