Senior Finance Manager

Sellick Partnership are recruiting for an experienced Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller for a well established FMCG business in Manchester, currently going through an exciting phase of transformation which will enhance delivery and customer experience.

The Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller will have great visibility to the senior leadership team and have a significant impact on the finance transformation and development of an already strong team. You will have the ability add value from day one and input to the strategic direction of the department.


Financial Controller

• Work in partnership with both the controllership and commercial
• Lead on the development of the reporting structure, feeding into group
• Drive continuous improvement around data and use of ERP systems
• Work closely with the senior leadership team on the finance strategy
• Have a strong focus on team development
• Experience in a FMCG organisation, and passion for change & transformation

The Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller will have a strong background in end to end accounting, with a focus on continuous improvement around reporting and working as a business partner to commercial and senior leadership.

You will be qualified ( CIMA, ACCA, ACA ) either from practice with a number of years industry experience, or come up through industry (FMCG) with a strong reporting background having been a key contributor to continuous improvement. You will be able to challenge, influence and lead change, moving away from long standing ways of working to innovate and enhance the capabilities of finance and wider functions.

£70k - £80k + Benefits (Hybrid)
